Maison Bruil

Description

Maison Bruil di Introd is one of the greatest examples of the rural architecture of the territory of the Gran Paradiso. This is an antique rural house with several functions, in which all the necessary spaces to the survival of people and animals were grouped under a single roof. In addition to the conference room, it houses the Atelier du Goût, a network of enogastronomic producers of the territory of the Gran Paradiso that offers to the customers of Maison Bruil the possibility to participate in presentations and tastings that emphasize the techniques and cultural context that give life to a food product or a wine.
