The facility is made up of two event rooms.

Room A has 180 places available with possibility of expansion to a maximum capacity of 200 places with seats with writing tables, ample outdoor patio for smokers and coffee break area, a 5000 ansi lumen projector for film showings from the light and sound room or from the podium with audio/video media, sectional lights for greater convenience in case of long periods of projection, lcd tft television set for entertainment area reception, cable broadcast system throughout the common areas and 2 television cameras furnished in HD for external resumptions.

Room B has 210 places available with seats 'ergonomic' type with tablets for notes, podium for speakers, a 12,000 pants lumen projector for film showings from the light and sound room or podium of audio/video media in any format (usb/dvd/cd), sectional lights area for greater convenience in case of long periods of projection, LCD TFT television set for entertainment in the reception area, cable broadcast system throughout the common areas (wc/atrium on ground level/reception area), 2 television cameras furnished in HD for indoor shooting, external area for smokers, public hall reception with coffee break area.
